On September 15th, 1947 five Pi Kappa Alpha Brothers gathered for fellowship at The Mecca. They committed themselves to creating a chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha at Florida State University.
Click Here for the 1948 Charter Application from the Florida State Pi Kappa Alpha colony to become recognized by the national fraternity as a chapter. The application was successful and the chapter was designated as the Delta Lambda Chapter.
